I know I certainly get confused by so much Dharma from teachers throughout the millenia who "demonise" the mind that I get suspicious of my mind. But I think it's time to take a fresh look at all of that. So what if your mind is enjoying being at your computer? Why not? Better than us all sitting like bloody zombies on meditation cushions, staring into space, transcending the world and never communicating with one another! I mean, so long as the mind now knows it's not the one in charge and it no longer has to do many things it thought it had to - where's the problem in using it?
