More importantly, it is about what is wrong with Corporate America. Why are so many companies facing bankruptcy in the past decade? Why are other companies shipping their operations overseas because they claim they cannot compete in this global market place, due to high labor costs? This book answers those questions and gives detailed examples as to what can be done to eradicate these problems.

The book is both provacative and enlightening. There are stories that are humorous, stories that are sad and stories that will make you downright "angry". Ironically, all of these stories are absolutely and unequivocally true. Read the book. I promise you will like it.
