eating a jalapeno slice before drinking your water??? It will get your tongue all nice and spice and you'll have to drink something to cool it down!!! I read this in an article and tried it today and it really helped getting the water down easier!!!

I bought some Jalepeno Slices at Wal-Mart tonight. If you like the crispy jalepenos be sure to get the kind for NACHOS!! I made the mistake of getting pickled jalepenos and I don't like the texture of them! I ended up getting a 2nd jar of nacho slices and gave the other jar to Stephanie!

Don't get me wrong, I love water but after 2 weeks of drinking it and no soda's I had to do something to make it a bit easier to drink!

HTH!

Verna
