Listen, FInd out if there is more pictures and things of this man in the attic. FInd out what your son and he talk about and why he likes to scare her. She is most likely psychic too. It seems to be genetic as far as I can tell. See that your son has a bible and believes in God. It's helped me far more than once. It may save him one day if he comes across the wrong ghost. I believe this may be one of those. Usually ghosts are trapped for certain reasons. He might not even know he's dead. If you think it's safe you can have your son find out. You can burn the pictures and anything that was left in the house by him and this usually gets rid of the ghost. I AM NOT A KNOWLEDGABLE PERSON ON THIS SO DOUBLE CHECK FIRST. YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE HIM ANGRY. THEY CAN HURT AND KILL YOU, REGARDLESS OF WHAT MOST PEOPLE THINK. AND FOR GOD"S SAKE FIND A REAL PSYCHIC, THERE ARE SO MANY FAKES AND THIS COULD GET YOU HURT OR KILLED. SYLVIA BROWN HANDLES THIS KIND OF THING A LOT YOU CAN TRY TO CONTACT HER OR MONTEL WILLIAMS HE'S GOOD FREINDS WITH HER. THIS IS VERY SERIOUS SO LET THEM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AND I'M SURE THEY WILL HELP RIGHT AWAY. IF YOU THINK IT'S NECESSARY, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR NOW. Sorry I can't help more. I have a psychic ability too, I may be wrong but I keep picturing an old brown suit on this man, and salt and peppered hair. I don't like him or trust him. Be careful, and mind what he tells your son, and make sure there are no secrets, your daughter will be willing to tell you things he may not. Sorry I can't help more.
