I am a doctoral student studying cinematherapy. I have a few requests for transpersonal cinefiles, therapists, and scholars out there, and anyone else interested...

1) can anyone point me toward scholarly, peer reviewed journal articles or research articles about cinematherapy? Especially anything quantitative or qualitative research oriented results?

2) Have you or anyone you know (or a client, etc.) experienced a significant life change which was motivated or inspired by a film? if so i would love you to e-mail me and tell me about it (you may use my private e-mail, but put "cinematherapy" in the title).

3) Those of you who were doing research one or two years ago, could you let me know what your findings were or how the process is going for you?

thanks so much,
divinity
