i'm not saying that tommorrow we're going to be thrown into a one religion nation, but honestly there's so many things happening that seems like over the next couple hundred years that going to happen. there are two main reasons people want gay marriage banned: one being health care and the other being for the children of the couples. its not a good enough enviornment for the children to be growing up in, with teasings at school and so on. people can turn that many ways. what about children being raised atheist? many people think it is good for children to have a religion. if its better for the children, why dont we ban atheism? again, this is not likely but we have to make sure. letting little things slip like under god and gay marriage will just open up new holes for people to say well if they banned gay marriage because of that, why not ban this?

and yet we still went to war with iraq....
