there ARE reports and memos that were released that confirmed that bush did infact know, well before it happened. he saw it as a petty threat and dismissed it.
He's to blame because he could have prevented it by letting the FBI investigate it, but no, he dismissed it like the ignorant fool he is.
FBI had gotten reports from interceptors and undercovers, and men who once worked wit bin laden who were captured and to give him less years behind bars, cooperated with the FBI and became an undercover informant. They said that it had to do with something related to flying, with planes.
Wendy, quit being so blindly asking questions like that to people like me, who read the papers and watch the news, no not normal news, but channels like CNN and CSPAN. I know what i'm talking about. There is no conspiracy, The memos exist, it's bush's fault. get used to it, more faults will come.
