George Bush spent most of his time, approximately 56% of it, in texas doing nothing. He was given informaion saying that osama bin laden was planning to attack the u.s. his defence against this accusation was that the informaion said osama bin laden was going to attack somewhere in the u.s, no specific place therefore it was to vague. he did nothing to prevent it. I do not think it was a conspiracy, it was just stupidity. he's an idiot and stupidity should be punished not rewarded. Of course I blame those people who took over the planes, but the fact is Bush had such a huge part in 9/11.
