But which nation is God's people today? No secular state can lay claim to that priviledge. Ancient Israel was God's people, but now the Israel of God are scattered about (see James 1:1). Nowadays God's chosen nation comprise Christians spread over the earth. When they are judged or disciplined they are judged as a group apart from the nations they live in. As for the nations, they too will be judged at Armageddon, and the judgement will be far more severe and certainly more just than terrorism.

God has nothing to do with murder of children.
