 isn't satanism one big contradiction? I have always wanted to ask some one in satanism what the beleif system was about i could never understand it. I know that satanism is suppose to be about selfwhorship and that chosing the name satanism is suppose to be symbolic for rebellion. Still when i tried looking into the religion it just seemed like a big contradiction or rather it was ful of them and i even asked one person about this i knew who went from satanism to wicca and she said it was. If i rememeber right satanism did not like wiccans who were afarid or did not like to use the term satan or something like that. WHat was the reason for that since to my understanding that while their is some debate over what lavey believed that in satanism he is not suppose to be a personal entity
