He has a point, christ may have found many acts by the church an abomination but, many ppl have died by fundamental christians. ALthough didn't you bring up a point like this which is critcising fundamentalists muslisms in a recent post? Frankly because of all the hypcorcisy in the church i feel like it is trying to be liek christ that should count not beliving in him. I mean if believing jesus is your saviour is the way to heaven, hitler be in heaven and ghandi be in heaven. The possbility of that type of atrocity that one hitler be in heaven and that two ghandi be in hell is reason enough for me to think something has got to be messed up with the beleif in faith system. I'd say that christanity kinda in some ways does look at this as a competion because, i mean because of the enthotentric mindset of the church a lot of christians are probably going to be bound to try to discount anything that does not fit the beleifs of the bible. In doing that, i think a lot of valuable spiritual wisdom is lost that could beneift ppl if they gave utilizing it a chance. Once you become christian i think the whole pathway just installs way to much fear in you that this is the way it is and anything else will send you to hell. I think that the fear accpomained with chirstanity is part of the reason it has lasted so long. I think that the western religons could really learn from the eastern religious mindset
