you should understand that I'm a NORMAL christian, i am not catholic, i am not protestant, i'm not presebeterian(excuse me if i happend to mispell that), or methodist, etc. I'm a plain christian. I do go to church, but only for christmas or easter, holidays like that. Because i have a life, i don't DEVOTE my whole life to christianity, i live my life the way i do because of him. BUT as i was saying in my first post, Christianity can't not be called a cult, it has everything a cult requires, a leader(one or multiple), a belief(one or multiple), a belief system(one or multiple), followers. And no, not every cult kills themselves to be with their god/diety, but most belive when they do die, they will be with the one they worship (i.e. christians going to heaven, being with christ/god). I was pointing out how the spotlite ministies website contradicts itself a lot. I HAVN'T read the bible, reading it wouldn't change my position i have now. I havn't had to ask jesus into my life and don't have to because he's been in it since i was born. I was born into a somewhat religious family, baptised when i was a couple months born, i just have a different perspective on the religion than most, an that's dissapointing because everyone rips the religion apart. there shouldn't be 20 different kinds of subreligions wrapped into christianity. Just try being christian. A normal christian and not have that suffix( baptist, ordane, catholic, protestant, methodist, Jahovah's witness, Mormon, etc.).
