Men's body sculpting by nick evans. I am not a big reader but i go in spurts. If it is osmething i am interested in can read a lot on it. I have about 40 new age related books but i have not read any books on magick, witchcraft or new age related topics in aawhile. THe problem i have with most of these books is it seems that if you have read one new age book on the subject you have read them all. It is rare to find a book on witchcraft which would really offers a lot of valuable matieral(ie the fluffy bunny crap i guess lol). The most best book i have ever read on magick is modern magick by donald micheal kraig. I think that a lot of books like ones written by crowely or israel regardie (ones with meat in them) are very complicated, overwhelming and hard to undestand for those without a mentor. I have never read anything by crowely but i tried reading some stuff by his student israel regardie and i had a difficult time following it. Hey vince just wondering have you ever read upo on higher magick (ie the golden dawn) and two have u ever read anything by corwely and if so did u have a hard time following it?
