Omg, I just saw Secret and Lies (I taped it) and it was such a great episode!! I was lmao during the whole episode!
Ok, Carter wasn't exactly acting like a nórmal person but I sure am a happy girl that he finally is free again! Carter and Chen = cute, Carter and Abby = Woohoo!!!! but Carter and Susan is a 'please hand me over the puke basket' combination (sorry for my terrible choice of words, lol ;))
I never thought I would say this, but .. I'm starting to like Susan! She was nice and I liked the girls talk between her and Abby.
Well, the chemistry between Carter and Abby finally is back, especially after Susan's 'Carter still is crazy about you' talk to Abby. She takes it very well (susan I mean.. well, both actually ;)), I expected a lot more tears and drama. Thankgod, we are spared for one time.. Though if I were Abby I wouldn't have been pleased with this new knowledge. Carter was totally acting like a jerk and I would have slapped him in the face at the beginning of the episode! The duel between Luka and Carter was plain stupid and childish. The should both grow up and ER should stóp with the Carter/Luka/Abby triangle. It's completely driving me nuts, I knew from the beginning that Carter and Abby will get back together and I'm still sure of that. So Luka: Shoo! get your own girlfriend instead of longing for the one you already lost!
I like Abby very much, she is my favorite character in ER, but man she looks ugly with that cigarette hanging from her lips! Someone said it before I watched this episode and I refused to believe it. Well be damned, it's true! She should try and quit smoking. Drinking and smoking is never a good combination (well, not in thát amount) and especially not with a past and a mother like Abby's. Before we know it she follows Carter and becomes a drugs addict.. (he should put a sign on his back: 'don't follow my footsteps, I walk into walls' ;))
And nooooo, our medical student has a life!! I thought he would be a character for two episodes but he kept coming back. Though never for long, sometimes he was allowed to say a few lines and even to hang around for longer then 2 minutes, today he was in the episode for ... 45 minutes!! And it's nice to know that at least sómeone has a normal family, even though they are all in the army. It seems like every person in the ER has a troubled past and a wicked up family.. It's freaking me out, let me give you one advice: never marry a doctor, it will give nothing but trouble ;)
