Subject: Grandma's Watching Me Now

I just know that she's there,
She touches me each time I dream.
Once a little boy with my own living angel;
Then she moved to heaven without me.

Oh how I cried missing her embrace;
Now I've grown from child to man,
Still don't miss her any less,
Think I miss her more with each loving thought.

Part of the peace Earth lost went with her,
That is what this older little boy believes.
I never did let go of all of my innocence;
It's so good to remember some of the good.

At the most I've been robbed of most of it,
In the least I still possess one percent of it.
Yet that one percent eclipses every darkness,
It has even brightened my worst sunrise.
