Subject: Going Through The Emotions

Some are fires blazing up my spine,
Lighting down on brain's launching pad.
Others sear a lonely hole in my heart,
You know the kind that leave nothing behind.

Of course I've seen some of them too.
Eyes bleeding blood so clear,
You'd swear it was just water,
Instead viewing drops of burning hell.

Still these bad boys do have sisters,
Those beautiful ones that soothe my spirit,
With caresses that make love come true,
My only fear is that they won't continue.

So come travel life with me,
We'll pack pain in the backseat.
It may kick and cry at times,
Yet we both know it was never our baby.
