Hi Sandie, Sorry about the black out. That affected so many people. I have a sister who lives in Cleveland, Ohio and they were without water and power too. She said it was so strange to see NO STREET LIGHTS. She managed to get a bath tub filled with water to use until the water came back. It was fortunate she thought of that for it wasn't long until their water was off. They now have power and water service back. This was a major shock to many people.
