I’ve often wondered
if the dead could speak
What message would they send us
What advice would they give

The human race is so lost now.
No one is a winner
Yet no one is a loser
There is war, wars, and more wars.

Oh yes, do you hear this
You must fight for your own country
You must be loyal to your own country
You must be brave

Brave young soldiers going to wars
to defend their own countries
Winning their fights
Some losing their lives

Who is winning
Who is losing
When did it start
When will it end

Revenge
A word so frequently used by many
whenever there is a cause to fight
and the precious lives are lost

Who is winning
Will the winner please stand up
Who is losing
Will the loser go to heaven

Winners or losers
the braves will go to heaven
where there is no wars, no hatred
where everyone holds hands in unity

where wings are earned for their bravery

And I often wondered
If the dead could speak
What message would they send us
What advice would they give
