I was born December 1st, 1972 with Cerebral Palsy. My childhood was rough. He moved the family around a lot.

I had to be let go from college. My grades were not good enough.

My hero is figure skater Oksana Baiul. I admire her for her ability to overcome a painful childhood to become a beautiful skater.

In February of 2001, I became involved in poetry. The motivation was the news that my mother Judy had gotten laid off from her job.

I have used many of my entries from the Poetry in Motion Contests and www.poetry.com in my poems. To me, these jewels are to valuable to ever go to waste.

I am not able to walk. But the Internet has given me the wings to fly farther than I ever could have imagined!
