Subject: Charlotte NC BSLs?

Has anyone heard anything on the City Council in Charlotte, NC hearing arguements for BSLs? There was an 8year old girl killed by an APBT a few months back and FOX News poured gas on the fire tonight. But, in closing, the stated that the City Council was hearing arguements tomorrow for mandatory spaying and neutering of "dangerous dogs" and several other agenda. There was even some brief discussion (I caught the report mid-way, so unclear) about possible banning APBTs...but I may not have that part correct. Any assistance is appreciated.
