Subject: Victories in VA and MD!!!

Loudoun Co, VA - Dogs may not be put down by the county based solely on breed. In the past, pits or suspected pits were put down automatically if no owner came forward. They were not adopted out. The ruling was made by a circuit court judge.

Baltimore Co, MD - BSL proposal shot down - would have placed very tight restrictions on pit owners.
