You're reacting exactly how you are programmed to respond to such an input. Sheesh. It basically points out that if the press feeds you a load of crap and you dont take the whole proportions of the cake into consideration ... wait why am I going with that f'ed up analogy.

Needless to say it was a blended point that, in the way the speech she delivered, came across a little differently than in the straight context the written word seems to employ. Maybe it was the pauses and she side stepped a conjunctive point, or something. I dont know. But I think quoting out portions of it to show a hidden truth is a dangerous mindset to be taken. I personally took out other things to consider from this woman's perspective.

One of the main problems is that any group who wishes to protest gets things like Mask laws being invoked, beaten, liberties taken away, and huge loss of freedoms under false pretense. And that the resorting factor, which no one, even the perpetrators themselves likes, is currently terrorism to cause economic and social impact. Its the only thing that seems to get the world's eye focused anywhere outside of pop cultures bedrooms in the western world. Besides being told its responsible for oil traders profiting from BS they are making up along the way ...

(shrug) There's lots of angst out there. My fear is like too many of these people's: my opinion and moral convictions could get me killed. They dont have much of anything else too lose and lots to gain. I feel I have something to lose by my actions and theirs ... Where does it go from there with a meeting of the minds then?
