WalMart is a fitting example of much of what is wrong with our world. In their search for the almighty savings communities are willing to overlook the horrible impact a Walmart store can have on their local economy, and even worse they are willing to overlook the horrible human rights atrocities which WalMart utilizes to keep costs down.

Until the American consumer makes the decision not to shop at these type of stores we will never see the rest of the world's economy make the turn for the better. And until the rest of the world's economy turns around, our US economy will continue to destabilize. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, and that does not include $8.99 hooded sweatshirts made by starving families in Honduras.
