When did any court obtain jurisdiction over procreation? Apparently in Rochester, NY, a judge has ordered a couple not to have any additional children or face contempt of court charges.

While I agree with the concept considering that these folks already have children in foster care and show no intention of assuming responsibility for those children, mush less any future ones, this is a precendent which must not be allowed.

Think about the implications of the courts holding this much sway over our personal actions? Scary stuff . . .
