Hey,Robert, this is your site, and you can ban (or ignore) this poster if you want, but I am puzzled that you have posted new matter without responding to my clarifications (and apologies) above.

It seems that having encountered your disdain for either B or K, one might interpret your posts to suggest that you MIGHT be leaning ever so slightly towards B over k (and keep in mind that others reading this MB might use that as a guide to make their own polling booth choices). Or at least leaning further away from K than B.

Not daring myself to presume one way or t'other what you will (or won't) do behind the curtain of the voting booth, would you say that perpetuating a dynasty or issuing a mandate (landslide or otherwise) to an incumbent does anything to correct the deficiencies of a two-party system?

It is one thing to rant and rave, but what alternatives do you see on the near-term and long-term horizon?

You are, in a way, a reincarnation, perhaps, of Gunga Din. I, perhaps, am a mongoose.
