This is how Kerry will "fix" the economy . . . by inheriting an economy that's already fixed! According to this report it looks like a boom is on the way, just in time for whoever is in the White House next year. If it's Kerry how much credit can he take for fixing anything? I'll bet he tries to take ALL the credit!
