You know I was busy cutting the cheese just today! I was headed down the elevator from work to lunch today and just before I reached the first floor I ripped a pretty good one (been on a pretty high protein diet lately which seems to make me unusually gassy) . . . when the door opened a gaggle of well-dressed secretaries got on board unaware of their impending ofactory doom! My first thought: heh, that's the kind of story I'd expect Uncle Jimmy to write about on the ol' website!

What would be the difference between say a "cheese knife" and any old knife used for cutting cheese anyway?
