PRESS RELEASE:

Only a few short days after announcing his bid for the 2004 Presidential election, television icon Brian the Dog was caught in a Nashville, TN hotel room with 3 female and 3 male prostitutes. Police reports also indicate the presence of a large quantity of cocaine, and illegal weapons.

"We were surprised as anybody to find such a well respected citizen in this precarious situation," noted Officer Ted Bundy. "Up until now he had my vote."

Brian's lawyers are keeping quiet for now until they have time to assess the situation. The Bush and Kerry campaigns, however, have wasted no time in capitalizing on the news.

"He's a dog you trust, he's a cartoon you love, but is he also a bisexual coke-sniffing criminal?" asks one Bush campaign advertisement which aired recently in regions where Brian's popularity was at it's peak.

Kerry's campaign was even less friendly, with a recent newspaper ad asking: "Would you ask your children to trust a cartoon character who likes to both take it and give it up the rear?"
