Hahahahaaahaw!

Can you imagine the public outcry in America if anyone suggested or promoted such a thing?!? They made a 7 day waiting period for hand guns and second amendment advocates just about went nuts. Now you want to institute a policy where people have to take and pass some sort of gun responsibility classes? It'd never happen. Hell the second amendment is all about every yahoo out there having the unalienable right to own as much firepower and killing ability as they have the resources to afford. "Responsibility" is down right unConstitutional!

"Rocks hurt people too."

Yup sure can. But there is a big difference. I can't be sitting there cleaning my pet rock and have it unexpectedly go off and blow my three year old son's head off as he sleeps in his bed on the other side of the house (it's a big house too). Not gonna happen.

The funny thing is I'm not scared of responsible gun owners. Hell knowing that there are people like that out there is reassuring, but you guys are in the minority.
