There is "Hazardous Duty Pay".

I spent 15 months OCONUS and my wife spent about 30 months OCONUS and neither of us got "Overseas Pay" we got Foreign Duty Pay (about $10 a month), and hazardous duty pay ($150) a month. Along with this while we were married we got Family Separation Pay.

Just visited the the pay charts, and no "Overseas Pay" listed. There is Sea Pay for people assigned to a boat.
