Subject: I'm reading a really good book...

"A People's History of the United States" by Howard Zinn.

Anybody here read it?

It's awesome. It's really challenging some of more core philosophies concerning capitalism and the free market. I'm not questioning capitalism (yet) because I don't see how any other system can be as effective given the world today. Still it makes one wonder what the world could be like if there was a different societal mechanism in place?

Maybe space exploration isn't such a bad idea after all?
