Sorry. I meant the District Attorney (that's what you call the laywers representing the "general populace" who are paid by the government, right?) don't have enough, to my knowledge.

I'm not even sure that's exact, btw, I once heard a general complaint about the lawprocessing apparatus and I think it included the District, but I'm not sure.

They surely are. I'm not condemning muslim culture, btw, but it's too different from ours to work well in one society, as much as we Dutchies would like it to.

They surely don't, they stab each other to death.

Yes, I believe they do. However, from what I understood, their guns aren't loaded and there is or used to be a rule that you needed permission to load and fire.

"They're shooting at me, can I shoot back now?"
"Have they hit you yet?"
"No."
"Sorry, you'll have to wait."

That's probably just an urban legend, though...I hope. We don't have many gunfights between cops 'n robbers here anyway. From what I understood, guns are most commonly used here to take care of people within the professional criminal circles (yes, we do have a maffia).
