that reminds me of a guy I saw last summer.
do you have those plastic orange road cones down there?
the ones for road work, maybe 3 ft tall?
this homeless(?) crazy(!) guy was walking around w/one of those strapped to his head for a hat.
I think he was playing the trumpet, or something, but I can't remember.
