Because these foreign national changed 'Boeing 767' to also mean, 'weapon of mass destruction' they are terrorists, not war criminals.

They are not citizens of the United States either. Which means they do not have to be afforded rights as soldiers or citizens.

This is why you should look closely at any group or organization you might join - like the Boy Scouts, that's a suspicious organization... they look like Hitler Youth to me.
