I figured you'd give me a hard time for the crack I made about money and ground troops? I'm not sure if that holds any water, but I figured Noah would have something to add to that since the ratio of whites to blacks in the military is out of whack with the population figures, but then I think that trend reverses itself as it oertains to special forces?
