It's been common knowledge for a while now that Hoopy Frood and Hagbard are the same person behind the keyboard. I've been a mod over at the debate forum since its inception, which was only a few months after the UV left Vault 13 and got hosted by Moonbiter (Mr. Fuck You). The idea for the forum was Night Owl's. The admins asked me to be moderator, and I basically had full reign to set the rules of the forum.

The debate forum has pretty lax rules. You can get away with almost anything except porn and spam (sorry Kilus, your Leon the Janitor stories, while somewhat amusing, will be considered spam). Flames are fully allowed and even encouraged. Basically you can make as big of an ass out of yourself as you want to.

So if you want to, feel free to post. You can get away with much more in that forum than in the main forum, though Spamming will still get you banned.
