She sure had a funny way of showing it (although I'll grant you that she was sincere)? The problem is though that just because she was sincere doesn't change the fact that she hasn't a clue how to participate in an online forum.

It's like inviting a person you know is an annoying twit to a party you're having. As your guests arrive they see the twit and instantly regret coming. You might notice people leaving early and overall the party not being as fun as usual. You'll also find that the next time you invite your friends over they might ask if this annoying person is going to be there. You explain how you feel sorry for this person and how they really aren't so bad. But none of that changes the fact the person is annoying as hell and no fun to be around. At that point you have a choice to make. Either you keep inviting the annoying twit because you feel sorry for her, thereby guaranteeing to alienate all of your friends, spending your evenings alone with the twit, or you quit inviting the twit, even though it makes you feel bad, so you can retain some semblance of a normal life with friends and social activities. You’d be surprised how often situations like this will come up in life…
