How embarrassing for her. I find it gross that you have attacked and called into question not only the integrity of the judges but of the organizers and teacher(s) in the Marie Moore School. On what do you base such assumptions? I saw another competition where the results surprised a few people, but you know what? the girl who won has NO politics behind her and there were several in the competition who might have pulled off better placements if there were politics being played. The girl who won must have actually danced better. I frankly am nausesated by the sore losers who cry politics when their little princess or their friends little princess doesn't win. I can't think of ONE dancer who deserves first everyday I don't care what her mother thinks. While you think your dancer is brilliant everyday not every judge is likely to agree with you neither will every other parent watching the competition. Tell your dancer to practice harder this week. Get more lift, fix her timing, watch her toes, build her stamina or whatever it was that the judges commented on and stop blaming her poor performance on the judges, teachers, and politics.
