Subject: Miss Wisconsin People's Choice award


They announced during the awards presentation that Miss Wisconsin Central, Catherine Smith won the People's Choice award. But when we got to our hotel, a friend got a text alert saying that Miss Wisconsin Rapids, Hannah Ashbeck actually won that award.

Which won the award and did Miss Milwaukee, Miss New Berlin, Miss Onalaska and Miss Oshkosh win other special awards??
