Gina did have a difficult question, and she did answer it the best she could! I thought the judges were "Right On" with the top five. Madeline is a wonderful and talented girl! She has a fabulous personality! She absolutely did deserve that top five--especially after last year. I still haven't figured out that fiasco . . . Any of the top five contestants would have been a wonderful Miss Wisconsin; however, only one can have the title. It was Tia.
