These four I believe will for sure make top 10:
South Central
Harbor Cities
La Crosse
Badgerland
Three were former WIOT's and the other one was 1st runner-up two years ago. It only makes sense that they will make the first cut. Anyone of them could win, but I would give the edge to South Central or Harbor Cities.
Madison -- Her experience in Virginia plus the fact that her SII revolves around her job should help her make top 10
Kenosha -- Kenosha always comes well-prepared and usually makes the semi-finals. This year's representative has a unique SII.
Great Lakes -- Her experience as Miss Oshkosh and at state last year should guarantee her a spot this year, too. She gave a wonderful farewell speech at Miss Oshkosh -- just very sincere and down to earth.
Onalaska -- She has been very visible in the community since her crowning. She also will be well-prepared and has an excellent talent.
Rock River Valley -- I actually thought she might sneak into the top 10 last year. Working with Shanita, this year it might finally happen.
I think the last spot is up for grabs. Both New Berlin and Oshkosh have decent talents. Don't know anything about her, but if Sugar Maple is a stand-out with her piano selection, she could also be in the mix.
