I just don’t get what is happening around our state with some of these title holders.

Jeans to appearances
No make up on
Hair not done
Tennis shoes
Jumping into water is their crowns
Dresses way too short

I’m curious about what the state boards says about this. Do they not speak up out of fear of losing more locals? Do the local directors not have any say in appearance wardrobe?
