Quick question: my coworker said that the MAO inIllinois is allowing an At-large title for the Miss Illinois.

Will that be an option in Wisconsin? I couldn’t find anything online about this. Thanks

The information on Miss Wisconsin Sweeps 2023 (three or four titles) is this:

There are a limited number of spots available for the 2023 Wisconsin Sweeps competition! Our deadline for entries is March 12, 2023 so be sure to submit your materials as soon as possible.

Remember, in order to qualify for Wisconsin Sweeps a contestant must have competed in one other 2023 local competition OR have completed their year as a 2022 local titleholder. The only exception to these requirements are contestants born in 1995 or 1996 and have been made eligible by the recent age increase change. 2023 At-Large Miss Candidate Application
Thank you for your interest in competing in the 203 Miss Wisconsin competition this June as an At-Large Delegate!

PROCESS:

(1) Register to be a Member of the Miss America Organization at www.missamerica.org/register/. The membership fee is $35. If you've already paid the membership fee to compete in a local competition this season, this step is complete. Please forward your email confirmation to:
operations@misswisconsin.com

(2) Complete this Application Form. The Application Form below will be reviewed by the state organization, and approved within 48 hours of submission.

(3) If approved, the Delegate will be asked to complete a Registration Form and make the At-Large Registration Payment which are outlined in detail below. Completion of Registration Form and Payment are due by 11:59pm on Monday, March 27. No Exceptions!

(4) Once Registration and payment are complete, the Delegate will receive the Delegate contract and a detailed list of all competition paperwork requirements. Due dates for the paperwork will be provided and are expected to be followed strictly. At-Large Delegates will have a contact person to reach out to with questions, but will not be provided with a mentor or any preparation support from the organization.

(5) Delegate participates at Miss Wisconsin Prep Day on Saturday, April 29 and at the full schedule of activities for the Miss Wisconsin competition in Oshkosh, WI from June 19-24, 2023. Attendance on all dates above are REQUIRED.


FEES:

The fees below will be due immediately upon approval of your application, with a Registration Form to secure your spot as an At-Large Delegate.

$875 Wisconsin At-Large Candidate Registration Fee (this covers lodging and meals at the Miss Wisconsin Competition, our liability insurance for your participation, your official MAO local sash, and an administrative fee)
$205 for an MAO Official Local Crown (a crown is required at the state competition, but you may use one from a previous local title rather than purchase a new one if you have one available to you)
