she thinks she will this year. Emily Phillips has lost to numerous other gals that now she once again will be competing with. I've never heard of the third at-large delegate. I think it boils down to the fact that these women (Abby and Emily) have competed at state before, and it was such a positive experience for them that they want to experience it again.
