Also, like you said it has been long-running. There aren't a lot of new things that need to be done for it. So for this, they are really just the logistical coordinator. There is already interest, support, and others assisting. This makes it easier because they aren't trying to take small locals and make them something they just have to keep doing what Sally was doing.
