Happy birthday wishes to former Miss Wisconsin 1992, Stephanie Ann Klett of Beloit, who turned 55 years old yesterday, February 26, 2022. She is currently the president of Visit Lake Geneva travel office in Lake Geneva.

Now if only Stephanie would use her pageant background and connections in the Lake Geneva area to bring back the Miss Lake Geneva pageant that ended in 1986, with only one Miss Wisconsin winner to its credit, Marilyn Sembell of St. Louis, Missouri who was a student at Beloit College in Beloit in 1975. During the last ten years of the local pageant they had allowed women who lived or attended college in Walworth and Rock counties to compete in the summer before the winner would advance to the Miss Wisconsin pageant.
