Subject: Loser with a capital "L"

Well this posting could have been done two weeks ago for two months ago....as long expected, we had two losers to represent Wisconsin in the 2018 Miss USA and 2018 Miss Teen-USA pageant this past week in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Last night, if anyone bothered to switch over to FOX from watching the American Idol finale show on ABC, you could witness Miss Wisconsin-USA 2018, Regina Alicia Gray of Milwaukee (formerly of Jackson, Mississippi) not place among the 15 quarter-semi-finalists in the 2018 Miss USA pageant.

If that was not bad enough, last Friday evening in Shreveport, the reigning Miss Wisconsin Teen-USA 2018, Alexis Maria Loomans of Waunakee (the hometown of McKenna Collins, Miss Wisconsin 2017) totally embarrass the state and not place in the 2018 Miss Teen-USA pageant.

Yet again, America's Dairyland state had two losers compete in the national Miss USA and Miss Teen-USA pageants. Now remind me again when is the next Miss Wisconsin-USA and Miss Wisconsin Teen-USA pageant? It can't come soon enough so we can attempt to get two winners for the national pageants in 2019.
