Subject: Fond du Lac pageants tonight

The Miss America Organization and Miss Wisconsin Organization has been in touch with the Miss Fond du Lac board of directors, the conclusion is that the pageant will still be held with extreme precaution. Unfortunately, cancelling/postponing the event would lead to there being no Miss Fond du Lac 2020 at all.

Via Gov. Tony Evers orders, a gathering of 250 people is prohibited until further notice. They are also recommending canceling any event of 100-150 people. So instead, the show will be LIVE-STREAMED, Please utilize the livestream instead!

The tickets for the pageant unfortunately cannot be refunded but the health and safety of all is more important than the cost of the ticket. Please respect others by utilizing the livestream!

Since we cannot forbid those who have bought tickets from entering, please take all precautions into consideration! If you or anyone around you have been in contact with someone experiencing symptoms or you are experiencing symptoms please do not come to the theater. Elderly and immunosuppressed individuals should not be attendance.

Again, please consider watching the pageant via livestream on this Facebook page. There will be a crowning tonight of Miss Fond du Lac, Miss Fond du Lac's Outstanding Teen, and Miss Foot of the Lakes' Outstanding Teen at the Goodrich Little Theatre in Fond du Lac.

Those wishing to watch the livestream will need to like this page. The livestream will remain on the page after the competition and will not be deleted. Please keep yourself and those around you safe and healthy. Wash your hands and take the necessary precautions.
