I also gave Harbor Cities the highest score for SIP, and I agree with you that Jen Schmidt was solid in both categories. Her presentation in gown was flawless.
It is very difficult scoring the SIP / Onstage Question category.
I had four top scores in gown: La Crosse, Harbor Cities, South Central and Rock River Valley.
My top scores in talent went to Kenosha, Milwaukee, and St.Francis. I also honestly thought St. Francis would win talent- not a single drop, but Kenosha was also very good. I wonder if Laura K. helped her with talent. Milwaukee's talent outfit was awesome.
