Subject: Congratulations Willow

Major improvement with Willow Ybre Newell from first two times (2023 and 2024) at Miss Wisconsin and the three times (2017, 2018, and 2021) when she was at Miss Wisconsin's Outstanding Teen--to now.

No over-the-top make-up, fake horse-hair wigs and extensions, complicated costly beaded gowns that overwhelmed her, or other enhancements, just Willow's natural self.

But I am curious which gown did Willow use for official Miss Wisconsin evening gown judging, the red one seen in Thursday preliminary result photos, or this simple off the shoulder emerald green seen frock seen in her victory pictures from last night when Mandi Genord crowned her?

And now, Wisconsin finally has its first black Miss Wisconsin. Good luck to Willow at Miss America in Orlando, Florida in early September.
